Arbitration/Jurisdiction

Terms of Use of the Site shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes and differences whatsoever that may arise shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be appointed exclusively by AGILE whose decision shall be final and binding. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Delhi as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, India, and subject to exclusive jurisdiction courts in Delhi, India.
